Have you ever wondered about the history or value of a treasured family heirloom? Bring your favorite antique or collectible to Maymont for expert guidance on both its care and its value. 

Your ticket includes a one-on-one consultation with professional conservators from the Virginia Conservation Association, who will provide recommendations for preserving and caring for your object, followed by an appraisal from a specialist with Jeffrey S. Evans & Associates. 

New this year: Your ticket also includes admission to Maymont Mansion with a self-guided tour, giving you the opportunity to learn the history and preservation of the Gilded Age home. 

Event Details 

Each registration includes one item for appraisal. If you'd like multiple items appraised, please reserve additional appointment times. 

Each appointment includes: 

• A conservation consultation with a professional conservator.  
• An informal verbal appraisal from a Jeff Evans Auctions specialist.  
• Admission to Maymont Mansion with a self-guided tour.  

Appointments are scheduled in advance and are limited to one item per person. 

Please Note:

• One item per registration.  
• Fur items and gemstones cannot be appraised.
• Items should be reasonably portable and able to be carried by one person. Large furniture cannot be accommodated. 
• Capacity is limited and advance registration is required.
