Cancelations and Refunds
Garden Glow is a rain or shine event and will occur as scheduled in rainy conditions. Tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another date.
By purchase or possession of this ticket, the holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, including any injuries or damages that may occur, and waives all claims against the event organizer, venue, and any associated parties, whether known or unknown, arising from their attendance at the event. Event takes place rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges. Purchaser/holder bears all risk including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of this ticket at a price higher than that appearing hereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Maymont Foundation assumes no legal, financial, or other liability whatsoever for any lost, stolen, destroyed or mislaid tickets or personal property.
Failure to comply with all applicable laws and facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. Maymont Foundation has the right to refuse entry or to eject any ticket holder, without any refund or compensation, for any behavior that Maymont Foundation or its contractors and agents consider disorderly, unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate including without limitation intoxication and offensive language, or for any breach of the rules or any terms or condition of this agreement.
