If I can no longer attend, are my tickets refundable? (Flex Ticket Upgrade option)

Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you would like to reserve the option to transfer your ticket(s) to a different date, please add a single $5 Flex Ticket Upgrade at the point of purchase that will cover everyone in the ticket order. The Flex Ticket Upgrade allows you to transfer your ticket(s) to another date or time with at least 24 hours' notice and based on availability of tickets in the desired time slot. Please call 804-525-9000 or send your transfer request to info@maymont.org with your confirmation number and the new date/time you would like to attend. All inquiries will be responded to as soon as possible.
