Flight of the Butterflies Film Screening & Mexico Travel Presentation

Join Maymont for a screening of Flight of the Butterflies, an award-winning documentary that follows the remarkable migration of monarch butterflies from Canada and the United States to their wintering grounds in central Mexico. 

Following the film, learn about Maymont's upcoming group trip to Mexico, offered in partnership with Holbrook Travel. The presentation will provide an overview of the itinerary, what to expect during the trip and answer questions about the travel experience. The screening and presentation are open to everyone, and there is no obligation to register for the trip. 

The program will take place on Saturday, August 29, from 10:15–12:15pm in the Environmental Education Center at The Robins Nature Center. 

The screening and presentation are free, but paid admission to The Robins Nature Center is required. Please reserve a seat for the program through this page, then purchase Robins Nature Center admission in advance or when you arrive. Walk-ins are welcome as space allows.
